Intermediate Pilates

This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness. Props may be incorporated to add variety. 

Added benefits include toning and injury prevention by strengthening the smaller muscles of the body. The focus that must be used in class is also a stress reliever. Leave class floating on a cloud!

Stretch & Renew class Mt Gravatt 10am

Stretch and renew is a slow paced class that creates a third space in which you can relax and focus on your flexibility goals. Isolating key muscles and activating stretch receptors as well as releasing synovial fluid surrounding the joints, class is finished with blissful mindful meditation- a body scan exercise to reset the mind.

Preset your work or school day for success

with early intermediate pilates. A mixture of stretch and core, with the surprising results of joint protection, muscle tone, and a clear mind. These classes are suitable for most ages.
